I recognise the name and recall it's the voice of a voice actor, and it's not from DT. No idea about the others, though.

I found some articles about these voicebanks to come. They're mostly Japanese (or Mandarin), and developed by (or in collaboration with) AH-Software Co. Ltd. (or Beijing Photek S&T Development Co., Ltd.).

If I get it right, they're all re-releases from former Cevio, Vocaloid or Medium5 versions.
