By weird coincidence, I was visiting my parents last week and they were watching this episode, and I saw like 30 seconds of it and it was this exact episode at the time of this exact quote...

The last one sounds like the Throne Room from New Hope. The first sounds like Star Trek. No idea about the middle one.
