Amazon is currently offering new in the box 2021 11 inch M1 Ipad Pros (previous generation) with full Apple warranty, 2tb storage, cellular and wifi and 16gb ram (good for those big scores, iPad Pros with less than 1tb storage only offer 8gb ram) for $999.
A comparable 2022 M2 iPad Pro will set you back around $2000 (the newer M2 iPad Pro offers a relatively small performance boost when compared to the M1).
Obviously not for everybody, but if you’re looking to build a tablet based workstation around Staffpad and other iPad based tools like Logic, AUM, etc. it’s worth taking a look.
