I don't normally do interviews but when I randomly found out that the fiddler Cajsa Ekstav works in the buildning next to me at Uppsala University and that she played on one of my favourite video game tracks ever: The music for the zone Grizzly Hills.
We talked about her experience with Blizzard, and the fact that the music is largely based on her improvisation. It was a nice interview, but I also want to note that in my eagerness to lift her performance I kind of forgot to give due cred to Russel Brower who has written the track for having the balls to let her improvise even under AAA-pressure.
