Getting "watched thread" emails for a thread I ignored

Just turned off all notifications because at this point not sure what is happening. From what I could tell shouldn't have received any emails as I turned off all email-related checkboxes in my prefs.

Hi, can you check at the top of that page you linked? See if you have Unignore and Watch showing?

If not, you may need to do both: Ignore, AND Unwatch. You don't need to disable emails in this instance.

Topics become Watched automatically when we create one or reply to one, so it was probably automatically engaged in your case. You have to Unwatch it then.
