Please lock the expired deal threads

Hi,

Most of the talk starts to turn into "sample talk" under some deal threads.

When I see an updated deal thread with a recent reply, I click it with excitement, until finding out that it's actually a year old thread which isn't valid for the entitled deal.

It's better if deal-specific threads can be kept fresh and clean.

Just a suggestion.
