Hybrid Militia

I bought this library today and the last rar file (7) says that it is incomplete. I downloaded it four timne and tried three different rar extractors and two different operationg systems (both Mac). It contains the sample file for the pads. I don't know what to do. Iv'e contacted Pulsetter today and await a response. Maybe they can just send me a link to the samples. Has anyone else had this problem?
