I believe they have older installers on their site also? I can check when in front of a computer, their site is a little confusing to navigate.

Yes it is a bit confusing.
I decided to dig a little and opened Flux Center and in the settings page there's an option to download only. Now to find the downloaded file you have to go in Program Files -> Flux -> FluxCenter.app -> Cache and in there you will find the plugin zip files. Copy, unzip it and moved it to your vst folder and it looks like it should work. But i didn't test this so. edited: that's on windows 10.
An other option would be to contact them maybe?
