Hi folks!
Im stuck about reverbs.I don’t have good reverb for glueing different libraries and mixing.
I have only blackhole reverb and its more like polishing reverb i think.I can buy only one Reverb plugin. My options are EW spaces2,Seventh heaven(not pro version) and Berlin Studio.I think Spaces and Berlin are convolution reverbs.Which one would be good for glue different libraries, cover all around mixing needs?
Also which one with i can do sound stage positioning properly?
Can i do all of them with Seventh Heaven?
I use mostly CSS,CSB,CSW,Stormdrum3,Requiem Choir from 8dio,Damage,Medieval Era2 and Talinn.
Thank you!

My pick out of the options you’ve given: Berlin Studio. Eventually also get a good algo reverb. How about SSL FlexVerb on sale for $18 right now.

Thank you! Berlin Studio makes me think just because it has only teldex.Because of this, I wonder if my mixes will become boring over time.

Is there a specific reason you're limiting your options to these three? If I could keep just one of my reverb plugins it would probably be Cinematic Rooms Professional... (though I should add that I'm not taking a super scientific approach when I'm dealing with reverb)
Its much above my budget.Thats why i narrowed down my options.

My suggestion is to use the ones in your DAW until you get a feel for what you're looking for that they don't offer.

I'm not clairvoyant, it's just that I can tell from your question that you haven't misspent your childhood playing with reverbs. :) There is no one reverb to rule them all - although there are some that aren't very good - any more than there's one speaker to rule them all.

By the way, this is my review of Berlin Studio:

Nah. I don’t think “Hollywood” directors tell Hans Zimmer to not record in Air anymore because the sound gets boring.
I see. What do you think is the reason why Berlin Studio is better than Spaces2?

The microphone metaphor that just works well for instrument placement and orchestral samples.

And mind you: I never said “better”. I don’t believe in “better”. I said I’d pick Berlin Studio out of your very limited three options - huge difference. ;)

I thought that was just a click-baity title to make us look. ;)
I'm certainly not above sleaziness, but the three people who read it from my posting it won't make me rich.

And in all arrogance, I kinda think that's a more informative product review than these kids on my lawn today are used to reading.

EDIT: Plus you don't have to sit through a video to get the information.

U are probably right im a little bit reverb noob. But economy is always getting worse in my country. So that's why I want to get a good reverb when I can.

I meant the title of this thread was click-baity. Sorry for any misunderstandings Nick

Cinematic Rooms Pro for me too, if we're talking about an "orchestral" reverb and blending libraries, though if you can't also make a great mix with Seventh Heaven it's not the reverb's fault.
I didn't say insufficient or bad for any plugin. I'm not a sound engineer, I'm a professional violinist. I wrote here that I'll get suggestions that will make my job easier on the subject I'm missing. I know that Cinematic Rooms is very good but I wrote the options that are suitable for my budget because Cinematic Rooms is already above my budget.

Ok!

Do you know can i do sound stage positioning things with Spaces2? Berlin Studio have that option obviously but what about Spaces?
